Eligibility & Selection Criteria The applicant must belong to one of minority community of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including Merged Districts). The applicant must be Domicile Holder of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Must be a regularly enrolled student in a recognized public/private sector college/university in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Private students (appearing without regular enrolment) and government employees are not eligible. Applicant must have a valid student ID card / enrolment certificate from the concerned institution. Applicant must not be receiving any other government-funded scholarship/stipend simultaneously (double benefits not allowed). Must have obtain at least 50% marks in last Examination. Family monthly income must not exceed PKR 50,000 (income certificate required). Preference will be given to students from low-income households. Female minority students will be given special consideration to promote gender equity. Provide financial support to bright and needy students of minority communities enrolled in public/private educational institutions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The student must have obtained at least 50% marks in the last passed examination of part / semester / class through a public/private institution. Minorities Students of Federal Educational Institutions located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be entitled to apply for the educational scholarship. Minorities Students of Federal Educational Institutions located outside Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will not be entitled to apply for the scholarship. Students studying under Distance Learning Educational Programme or in Open or Virtual universities or Private institution will not be entitled to apply for the scholarship.
